IOTA uses submitted form information only to evaluate and respond to service inquiries. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, or sensitive customer data through public forms.
Form submissions
Website forms may be processed through secure form-handling and automation tools for intake, notification, and client follow-up. Client project data is handled separately after scope is confirmed.
Basic technical metadata
Form submissions may include basic technical metadata such as submission time, referring page, browser user agent, and IP-related security headers for spam prevention, routing, and troubleshooting.
Email and project documents
Use email or a secure sharing method for project-specific documents. Platform access should be shared through collaborator, user, or role-based permissions whenever possible.
Portfolio use
Client names, screenshots, dashboards, metrics, and identifying details are not published without written permission.
