Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations.
Because IOTA provides custom research, strategy, implementation, and time-reserved services, refund eligibility depends on the project type and stage.
Audits, research, and strategy
Payments for audits, keyword research, strategy reviews, and similar research-based services are refundable only before work begins. Once research, review, analysis, or drafting has started, payments are non-refundable.
Implementation projects
Deposits for implementation projects are non-refundable once work begins. If a client cancels mid-project, the client remains responsible for completed work and time reserved up to the cancellation date.
Monthly retainers
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Future billing can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date.
Client delays
If a client delays access, assets, approvals, or feedback, the project timeline may pause or extend. Client delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
No guaranteed outcomes
Refunds are not provided solely because a client does not achieve a specific ranking, revenue target, sales outcome, traffic level, or business result.
Billing concerns
Clients should contact IOTA first to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
