Terms

Service terms.

These general terms summarize how IOTA scopes and delivers work. Project-specific terms are confirmed in the proposal, invoice, or written statement of work.

Scope

Each project is governed by an approved scope that defines deliverables, timeline, payment terms, revision limits, client responsibilities, and exclusions. Work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, information, approvals, assets, platform permissions, and feedback. Timelines may pause or extend if required access or information is delayed.

Payment

Audits, research projects, and smaller fixed-scope services are typically paid upfront. Larger implementation projects may use deposit and milestone payments. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

No guaranteed results

IOTA provides professional strategy, implementation, documentation, and support, but does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, traffic, conversion rates, open rates, or business outcomes.

Confidentiality and portfolio use

Client work, data, metrics, screenshots, and identifying information are kept private unless written permission is given for public use.

Third-party tools

Clients are responsible for third-party platform subscriptions, account ownership, billing, limits, and platform terms unless otherwise stated in writing.
